About Flux Strategy
I'm Gaurav Solanki. I spent more than 20 years building and shipping enterprise software — production systems, running at scale, that businesses depended on. I've operated where "it mostly works" is a failure.
Flux Strategy comes out of a pattern I watched repeat as AI entered every boardroom: companies buying tools that never touch a real workflow. Impressive demos, enthusiastic pilots, little that survives contact with how the work actually gets done. The promise is everywhere. The performance is rare.
The gap is execution — and execution is precisely what most AI advisors have never done. Talking about AI's potential is easy when you've never had to ship something that has to hold up on a Monday morning. That's the difference I bring, and it's not a small one.
Who I Work With
Leaders at companies that have the budget, the intent, and the executive will to use AI — but keep stalling at the gap between pilot and production. People past the hype, with the authority to act, who want a direct answer on where AI fits their business and where it doesn't.
How I Work
Three disciplines keep AI initiatives honest:
- Navigate: Cut through the noise to find where AI fits your constraints, not the vendor's pitch.
- Discover: Map how the work actually happens to find the high-value, high-friction processes worth automating.
- Execute: Move beyond perpetual prototyping to something that runs in production and produces measurable results.
Every engagement starts with KPIs, not slideware. The impact of AI should be a number on a P&L, not a story you tell the board.
Let's Talk
If you're deciding where AI fits in your operation and want a read from someone who has actually built and shipped this kind of system, that's the conversation I have most.
